James Rini, Ed.D., LMHC, LMFT

James Rini, Ed.D., LMHC, LMFT, is a partner-owner in The Center for Counseling and Consulting, and serves as Clinical Director for the Center. Dr. Rini is also an associate faculty with the graduate program in Counselor Education and the Department of Psychology at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. He has been a full-time practicing psychotherapist and educator since 1980. James Rini, a licensed Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, received his doctorate in Counselor Education from the University of Florida.

His training in hypnosis started in 1981 with Associate Trainers in Clinical Hypnosis. He has conducted workshops in hypnotherapy in the United States and Europe. He has conducted workshops in hypnotherapy in the United States and Europe. He has had additional training with the Milton Erickson Foundation, the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis, and 20+ years of study and clinical practice. He is a clinical certified member of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
